Delete your Fitness Instructor AI account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Fitness Instructor AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings › Delete my account.
3. When asked “Delete your account?”, tap Delete.

No longer have the app?

Email [email protected]with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you signed in with (or tell us which Google or Apple account you used to sign in).

What is deleted

Your account and everything stored in it are deleted within 30 days, backups included:

• your sign-in identifier (Google, Apple or email account);
• workouts and sets, programs, meals and meal photos, notes;
• body weight and body measurements, and your onboarding answers;
• your conversations with the AI coach and your AI usage count.

What is kept

Crash reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics are not part of your account and contain no text you typed; Crashlytics deletes them automatically after 90 days. If you bought a paid upgrade, records of that purchase may be kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
