FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AI
Terms of Use
Last updated October 27, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Fitness Instructor AI mobile app (the “app”) and to this website, which are run by Golem Soft AI (Y. Halberstam), c/o CORSEN AI, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France (“we”, “us”). The service is provided by Golem Soft AI (Y. Halberstam); the app is published on Google Play by Golem Soft AI and on the App Store by CORSEN AI, and payments go through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
2. Who can use the app
You must be 16 or older. You need an account, which you create by signing in with Google, with Apple, or with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
3. Not medical advice
Fitness Instructor AI gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not a doctor, a dietitian or a physiotherapist, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.
Check with a doctor before starting a new training or eating plan, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an injury, take medication, or have a history of eating disorders. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You train at your own risk. Use correct technique, choose weights you can handle safely, and use a spotter where appropriate.
4. The AI coach
The coach’s answers, programs and meal estimates are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong: calorie and macro figures, especially from a meal photo, are estimates. Use your own judgement and don’t rely on the coach for decisions about your health.
The coach runs on AI models from third-party providers. We may change providers or models at any time, so the coach’s answers may change too.
The coach must not be used to get advice on anything harmful, such as extreme dieting or dangerous training. It may decline to answer.
5. Your content
What you log in the app (workouts, programs, meals and meal photos, notes, measurements and coach conversations) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload photos that you are allowed to share, and don’t upload photos of other people without their permission.
6. Acceptable use
When using the app, you agree not to:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights;
- upload illegal, sexual, hateful or violent content;
- try to get around the AI coach’s usage limits or safety rules, or use it for purposes unrelated to your own training and nutrition;
- access the app or our servers by automated means, overload them, probe them for weaknesses or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it;
- resell the app or the coach’s answers as a service to others.
7. Free usage & upgrades
The app is free to use, and the AI coach is free up to a usage limit shown in the app. We may change the free limit.
A paid upgrade may be offered later. If it is, the price and what it includes will be shown in the app before you buy, and it will be sold through the App Store or Google Play. Their terms then apply to payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds, and you manage a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
8. Beta
The app is in beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and there may be bugs. We do our best to keep your data safe, but we recommend you don’t rely on the app as your only record of anything important.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings › Delete my account. Your account and all its data are then deleted within 30 days, backups included. See how to delete your account.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export or delete your data. We may also stop offering the app; if we do, we will tell you in advance in the app.
10. Our liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, accurate, or that it will get you a particular result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the app or the coach, including injury, health problems, loss of data, or loss resulting from following the app’s or the coach’s suggestions. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, gross negligence or fraud, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
11. App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support. Their own store terms also apply to your use of the app.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. When we do, we update the “last updated” date below and ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in. If you don’t accept them, you can’t keep using the app, and you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of France. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together.
